Product Name:
SUITIT SG7452 Accelerant for CA
Product Description:
SUITIT SG7452 Accelerant for CA is a single-component CFC-free solvent-based activator. Its core advantages lie in anti-whitening and bidirectional compatibility. The transparent light amber formula dries within 30 seconds and can be applied either pre-coated or post-coated, significantly accelerating the curing of cyanoacrylate adhesives.
Designed specifically for difficult-to-adhere substrates such as PP, PE, and silicone rubber, it is compatible with porous and acidic surfaces, effectively enhancing the bonding strength. The cured adhesive layer is transparent and free from contamination, preventing the impact of whitening on appearance.
It is easy to operate without the need for mixing. It is widely used in PCB board fixation, electronic assembly, industrial bonding, and DIY scenarios, and is an ideal auxiliary product for solving the problems of difficult-to-adhere materials and curing efficiency.

Post-activation
1. Apply the DT cyanoacrylate to the parts to be bonded or fixed.
2. Apply the activator by spraying or dripping onto all exposed cyanoacrylate adhesives. (Usually, one drop of activator is used for each drop of exposed adhesive.)
Surface activation
1. Apply a layer of activator to the bonding area by spraying, brushing, or immersing. Contaminated surfaces may require special cleaning or degreasing before activation to remove any soluble contaminants.
2. Before bonding, allow DT SG7452 to completely evaporate from the parts to avoid solvents remaining in the bonding joint.
3. Immediately apply the DT cyanoacrylate product after drying.
4. If there is a delay between the application of the original activator and the adhesive, reapply the activator as necessary.
Operational precautions
The primer must be operated in accordance with the requirements of highly flammable materials and must comply with local relevant regulations. This solvent can have an impact on certain plastics and coatings. It is recommended to conduct compatibility tests on all bonding surfaces before use.
