SUITIT SG770 Accelerant for CA is a single-component solvent-based surface activator. Its core advantages lie in activating difficult-to-adhere substrates and accelerating curing. It features a transparent, low-viscosity formula that dries within 30 seconds after application. This significantly enhances the curing speed and bonding strength of cyanoacrylate adhesives.
It is specifically designed for low surface energy materials such as PP, PE, and silicone rubber, and is compatible with porous, acidic surfaces and low-temperature drying environments. It effectively reduces the whitening of the adhesive layer. When used in combination with various instant adhesives, it is easy to operate and does not require mixing. The Shuangtai SG770 is not suitable for bonding assembly parts with high peel strength requirements.

The primer can be applied by spraying, brushing or dipping and dried at room temperature. It is advisable to avoid excessive application of the primer. The applied primer can be detected by a UV lamp (365nm). If the material involves polyolefins and has a higher surface activity or is more prone to bonding, only this primer should be used on polyolefin-based substrates. To achieve the best results, after the substrate surface is dried, the Double Tai SG770 should be immediately applied with the Shangge cyanoacrylate adhesive to bond the components.
