SUITIT 186 Thread Sealant is a medium-strength, high-viscosity pipe thread sealant. Its core advantages lie in efficient sealing and convenient disassembly. It is used between two closely fitting metal surfaces and cures when isolated from air. It features rapid curing and excellent solvent resistance. It contains no fillers and does not contaminate or clog hydraulic, pneumatic valves or filtration systems. It can also be used on slightly oily surfaces. It can be disassembled with a common pipe wrench, making maintenance easy. It is suitable for sealing fire protection pipes, air conditioning hot and cold water pipes, gas pipes, oil pipes, air compression pipes, and hydraulic and pneumatic system pipes in both industrial and civil applications, replacing traditional jute and polytetrafluoroethylene tapes, etc.

· Guide for Use:
Assembly
1. Clean the threaded surface to be glued, ensuring it is free of dust, dry and grease-free.
2. Apply this sealant to the outer threaded surface in a continuous band.
3. Assemble the inner and outer threads, and repeatedly screw in and out to ensure the glue fills the joint. Tighten the threads or screw to the appropriate position; wipe off any excess glue.
4. For particularly large-sized threads, a large gap may affect the curing speed and strength of the product. Promoter SG7649 can be used in conjunction to accelerate the curing process.
5. Allow to cure, and if necessary, use appropriate fixtures or other securing devices. It will initially cure in 2 to 4 hours, and fully cure in 24 hours.
