Product Name:
SUITIT SG495 Instant Adhesive
Product Description:
SUITIT SG495 Instant Adhesive is a low-viscosity all-purpose product. Its core advantages are rapid curing and wide adaptability. It is based on cyanoacrylate and can achieve initial curing within 5-10 seconds upon contact with moisture. It reaches maximum strength within 24 hours. The adhesive layer is colorless and transparent, not affecting the appearance.
It is compatible with multiple materials such as metals, plastics, rubber, and ceramics. It can adhere to porous and acidic surfaces. When used with a primer, it can bond PP/PE substrates that are difficult to stick. It has a temperature range of -52°C to 120°C, with high shear strength and stable and reliable bonding.
The operation is convenient and can be adapted for manual or automated application. It is widely used in electronic fixation, industrial assembly, daily maintenance, and DIY scenarios, serving as an efficient and universal bonding solution.

· Guide for Use:
1. The bonding area should be clean and free of grease. Clean it with SUITIT cleaning agent and let all surfaces dry.
2. To enhance the bonding effect on low surface energy substrates, you can use SUITIT primer. When using, avoid applying too much and wait for it to dry.
3. If necessary, you can use SUITIT accelerator. When using, apply it on one side of the substrate (do not apply it on the side with the primer) and wait for it to dry.
4. Apply the adhesive on the other side of the bonded area (do not apply it on the surface of the accelerator). Do not use thin paper or a brush to apply the adhesive. Assemble the components quickly. The components should be accurately positioned and quickly fixed. Do not make excessive adjustments.
5. The accelerator of SUITIT can help cure the excess product outside the bonding area. Spray or drip the accelerator onto the overflow area.
6. The bonding area should be fixed or clamped until the adhesive is preliminarily cured.
7. After the bonding parts reach complete strength, they can withstand the load (due to the gap in the adhesive layer and the different materials being bonded, the typical complete curing time of this adhesive is between 24 and 72 hours).
