Product Name:

SUITIT SG515 Anaerobic Flange Sealants

Product Description:

SUITIT SG515 Anaerobic Flange Sealants is a versatile flexible product. Its core advantages lie in flexible sealing and convenient detection. The fluorescent purple-black thixotropic formula cures upon contact with air on metal surfaces, achieving initial cure in 30 - 60 minutes, complete strength in 24 hours, and can fill gaps up to 0.25mm.

Temperature range: -53°C to 149°C. Resistant to fluid corrosion. After curing, it forms a flexible gel layer, allowing for slight displacement of the flange. Suitable for metal substrates such as steel and aluminum. Fluorescent detection is possible under UV light for quality control. It can replace traditional gaskets.

The operation is convenient and supports manual or mechanical application of the sealant. It is widely used in pump valves, gearboxes, compressors, etc. It balances sealing reliability and assembly flexibility.

1. To achieve the best results, the surface of the materials to be bonded should be clean and free of grease.

2. This product is suitable for closely mating flange components with an interstice of less than 0.25mm.

3. Apply this product to one surface of the flange disc by hand brushing or screen printing.

4. After assembly and before curing, to confirm if it is fully sealed, you can do so by applying a certain low pressure (<0.05 MPa).

5. After assembly, the flange disc should be tightened as much as possible to avoid sliding.
