Product Name:
SUITIT SG326 Structural Adhesives
Product Description:
SUITIT SG326 Structural Adhesives is a high-viscosity thixotropic acrylic product. Its core advantages are rapid curing and strong bonding strength. It is a single-component product that does not require mixing. With the addition of an activator, it achieves initial curing in 3 minutes and reaches full strength in 24 hours. The shear strength can reach 14N/mm².
It is suitable for rigid substrates such as metals, ferrites, and glass, especially for magnetic steel bonding, with a gap filling capacity of up to 0.5mm. It has a temperature range of -52°C to 120°C, with excellent impact resistance and corrosion resistance. The stress distribution of the adhesive layer is uniform.
The operation is convenient and does not flow. It is widely used in motor assembly, speaker assembly, automotive components, and jewelry precision bonding. It is the preferred choice for structural bonding that balances efficiency and reliability.

· Guide for Use:
1. To achieve the best results, the surface of the materials to be bonded should be clean and free of grease.
2. To ensure rapid and reliable curing, apply the accelerator SG7649 to one surface and the adhesive to the other surface. The components should be assembled immediately (within 15 minutes).
3. It is recommended that the gap between the adhesive layers be 0.1mm. When the gap between the adhesive layers is too large (up to a maximum of 0.5mm) or a faster curing speed is required, both surfaces should use the accelerator SG7649, and the components must be assembled quickly (within 1 minute).
4. Excess adhesive can be removed with organic solvents.
5. The bonded components should be fixed until the adhesive begins to set.
6. After the bonded parts reach their full strength, they can withstand the load (due to the different adhesive layer gaps and the materials being bonded, the typical complete curing time of this adhesive is between 24 and 72 hours).
