SUITIT UV7993LV-250 UV/Moisture-Cure Conformal Coating is a medium-viscosity, one-component UV/wet-curing conformal coating with the core advantages of seamless curing and efficient protection. It becomes tack-free after 3-10 seconds of exposure to 365nm UV light, and the shadow areas complete secondary curing through environmental moisture, reaching full strength in 24 hours. After curing, it forms a transparent elastic film, resistant to temperatures from -40°C to 130°C, providing insulation, moisture-proofing, salt spray corrosion resistance, and anti-aging properties. Its low viscosity is suitable for processes such as spraying and dipping, and it is compatible with substrates like PCB boards, metals, and green oil, meeting MIL-I-46058C and IPC-CC-830 standards. The solvent-free and environmentally friendly formula is widely used in automotive electronics, industrial control modules, and consumer electronics, offering comprehensive and reliable protection for precision circuits.

· Guide for Use:

1. Pre-cleaning

Unwashed circuit boards may have residues of flux, mold release agents and other contaminants, which can affect the wettability, adhesion and electrical performance of the coating material. Therefore, to meet higher performance requirements of the product, we recommend a complete cleaning of the circuit board surface before coating.

2. Coating

Duotech UV7993LV-250 is suitable for application using automatic selective coating equipment or traditional manual spray equipment. To prevent premature moisture curing of the material and affect its usability, the source air used for spraying must be dry. During the coating process, take appropriate measures to ensure that the coating material in the coating area is not exposed to sunlight or ultraviolet light. Brushing is suitable for small area rework or repair, but the coating thickness is uneven. The brush should be cleaned with solvent immediately after use.

3. Curing

Duotech UV7993LV series materials must be cured by appropriate UV lamps for light curing. Curing solely by moisture cannot achieve the final performance of the product.
