Product Name:
SUITIT SG243 Anaerobic Threadlocking Adhesives
Product Description:
SUITIT SG243 Anaerobic Threadlocking Adhesives is a medium-strength universal product. Its core advantages include oil resistance, temperature resistance and wide adaptability. The blue thixotropic formula allows the metal threads to solidify immediately upon being isolated from air within 20 minutes. It reaches full strength in 24 hours and does not flow when applied.
It is compatible with metal substrates such as steel, stainless steel, and brass, and can be used on inert and coated surfaces. It can withstand minor oil contamination and supports thread specifications below M20. The temperature range is -52°C to 150°C. It provides both anti-loosening sealing and rust prevention, and can be disassembled with standard tools.
It is a single-component product that does not require mixing, is easy to operate, and is widely used in automotive assembly, motor pumps and valves, electronic equipment, and industrial maintenance. It is an ideal solution that combines reliability and maintainability.

Assembly
1. To achieve the best results, thoroughly clean the inner and outer surfaces of the material using a product such as SUITIT cleaner. Wait for the surfaces to dry before proceeding to the next step.
2. If the material is a non-reactive metal or has a slow curing speed, spray a promoter on the mating surface and let it dry for 30 seconds.
3. Shake this product thoroughly before use.
4. To prevent the product from blocking the nozzle, do not allow the dispensing tip to touch the metal surface when using.
5. For through holes, apply glue at the mating part of the bolt and nut.
6. For blind holes, drip glue at the bottom of the blind hole. During assembly, the internal air will be expelled.
7. Assemble the bolts according to normal procedures and tighten them to the required torque.
8. For sealing applications, apply the product to the external thread (360°) and do not apply it to the first thread. Fill the entire thread gap with the adhesive. For larger threads and gaps, you can adjust the amount of adhesive and apply the product to the internal thread as well.
Disassembly
1. Use standard manual tools for disassembly.
2. In rare cases, due to the long length of the bolts, manual tools cannot be used for disassembly. You can locally heat the bolt and nut to 250°C and perform disassembly while they are hot.
Cleaning
For the solidified glue, it can be soaked in the solvent and then mechanically ground using tools such as steel brushes.
