Inquiry & Order Terms
These terms apply to all inquiries, quotes, sample requests, and orders for adhesive products from Shandong Hoobond New Materials Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Inquiries & Quotes
- We respond to valid inquiries within 24–48 business hours.
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
- Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
2. Sample Requests
- Sample requests are welcome. Standard samples may be provided free of charge; bulk or customized samples may incur a fee and shipping costs.
- Sample delivery time: 3–7 business days.
3. Order Confirmation
- No binding contract exists until we issue a formal sales contract signed by both parties.
- Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply as specified in the quote.
4. Quality & Compliance
- Our adhesive products comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO [XXX], REACH, RoHS as applicable).
- Final quality inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the signed sales contract.
5. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep confidential all technical data, formulations, pricing, and business information disclosed during inquiries and cooperation.
6. Payment & Delivery
- Payment terms and delivery schedules shall be agreed in the formal sales contract.
- We do not accept online payments or process orders directly via the website.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved in Yantai City, Shandong, China.
