Permanent locking and sealing of large bolts & studs up to M25. Widely used on mechanical equipment fasteners to eliminate loosening, leakage caused by continuous shock and vibration.

Description
SUITIT HH-271 is single-component polyurethane-based anaerobic adhesive. It cures without air between tight mating metal surfaces, forming rigid locking layers to resist shock and vibration for long-term thread sealing fixation. Not recommended for thermoplastics to avoid stress cracking.

  • Detachable by standard hand tools; heat up to 250°C for stubborn joints
  • Matched accelerator available to speed up curing for big thread gaps
  • Not compatible with thermoplastic substrates, pre-test before mass use
