Description
This organosilicon elastic waterproof coating is solvent-free, non-corrosive, high in elongation rate and excellent in waterproof capacity, specially developed for exposed building roofs.
It boasts chemical properties including high and low temperature resistance, UV resistance, acid & alkali resistance, oil & water resistance and electrical insulation. Featuring outstanding adhesion and compatibility as well as easy maintenance, it is one of the top outdoor waterproof materials with superior weather resistance.

Application Instructions
- Base Treatment: The base surface shall be clean and solid, free of sanding and floating dust.
- Joint Treatment: Fill cracks wider than 3mm with MS sealant, and apply the coating after the sealant is fully cured.
- Construction Methods: Troweling, roller coating and spraying are available. The recommended dilution ratio of coating to thinner is 10:4. Apply 2 coats generally with a total film thickness of 1.5–2mm. The interval between two coats is 4–12 hours, subject to ambient temperature and humidity.
- Recommended Dosage: 1.5–1.6kg per square meter
Precautions
- Construction on cement and concrete substrates can only be carried out after the substrates are fully dried and cured.
- Do not conduct other construction work that may damage the coating before the coating is completely cured.
- Seal the inner package tightly for unused coating to avoid solidification.
- If the coating splashes into eyes accidentally, rinse eyes thoroughly with clean water and seek medical attention immediately.
