SUITIT SG460 Instant Adhesive is a low-odor, low-whitening, general-purpose product. Its core advantages lie in clean bonding and rapid curing. Based on cyanoacrylate, it initially sets in5 seconds upon contact with moisture and reaches its maximum strength in 24 hours. The adhesive layer is transparent and free of stains.
It is compatible with various materials such as metal, plastic, rubber, wood, and fabric, and can bond porous and acidic surfaces. When used with a primer, it can also bond difficult-to-bond materials like PP/PE. It has a temperature resistance range of -52°C to 80°C, high shear strength, and is impact-resistant and less prone to cracking.

The bonding area should be clean and free of grease. Clean it with SUITIT cleaning agent and let all surfaces dry. 2. To enhance the bonding effect on low surface energy substrates, you can use SUITIT primer. When using, avoid applying too much and wait for it to dry. 3. If necessary, you can use SUITIT accelerator. When using, apply it on one side of the substrate (do not apply it on the side with the primer) and wait for it to dry. 4. Apply the adhesive on the other side of the bonded area (do not apply it on the surface of the accelerator). Do not use thin paper or a brush to apply the adhesive. Assemble the components quickly.
