Product Name:
SUITIT SG460 Instant Adhesive
Product Description:
SUITIT SG460 Instant Adhesive is a low-odor, low-whitening, general-purpose product. Its core advantages lie in clean bonding and rapid curing. Based on cyanoacrylate, it initially sets in5 seconds upon contact with moisture and reaches its maximum strength in 24 hours. The adhesive layer is transparent and free of stains.
It is compatible with various materials such as metal, plastic, rubber, wood, and fabric, and can bond porous and acidic surfaces. When used with a primer, it can also bond difficult-to-bond materials like PP/PE. It has a temperature resistance range of -52°C to 80°C, high shear strength, and is impact-resistant and less prone to cracking.
The product is easy to operate and suitable for both manual and automated application. It is widely used in the assembly of appearance parts, electronic component fixation, beauty packaging, and DIY scenarios, making it an ideal choice for bonding that combines aesthetics and strength.
Product Details: · Product Name: SUITIT SG460 Instant Adhesive · Chemical Type: Ethyl Cyanoacrylate · Color: Colorless and transparent to a pale straw color liquid · Specification:20g · Viscosity: Low · Viscosity (mPa.s): 45 · Gap fill (mm): 0.1 · Temperature: -52~80℃ · Fixture fime/full cure fime:<5s(Neoprene)/24h · Strength:Low · Usage:Air dry · Shelf life:12 months · Features: o Fast Drying o Long-lasting o Strong adhesion o Easy to use · Guide for Use: 1. The bonding area should be clean and free of grease. Clean it with SUITIT cleaning agent and let all surfaces dry. 2. To enhance the bonding effect on low surface energy substrates, you can use SUITIT primer. When using, avoid applying too much and wait for it to dry. 3. If necessary, you can use SUITIT accelerator. When using, apply it on one side of the substrate (do not apply it on the side with the primer) and wait for it to dry. 4. Apply the adhesive on the other side of the bonded area (do not apply it on the surface of the accelerator). Do not use thin paper or a brush to apply the adhesive. Assemble the components quickly. The components should be accurately positioned and quickly fixed. Do not make excessive adjustments. 5. The accelerator of SUITIT can help cure the excess product outside the bonding area. Spray or drip the accelerator onto the overflow area. 6. The bonding area should be fixed or clamped until the adhesive is preliminarily cured. 7. After the bonding parts reach complete strength, they can withstand the load (due to the gap in the adhesive layer and the different materials being bonded, the typical complete curing time of this adhesive is between 24 and 72 hours).
