Product Name:
SUITIT SG480 Instant Adhesive
Product Description:
SUITIT SG480 Instant Adhesive is a rubber-toughened black product. Its core advantages lie in its strong impact resistance and adaptability to humid environments. The low-viscosity formula can penetrate tiny gaps, and it initially sets in about 60-120 seconds upon contact with moisture, reaching its maximum strength in 24 hours. It can fill gaps up to 0.25mm.
It is suitable for a variety of substrates such as metal, rubber, and plastic, and features both high shear and peel strength. It is resistant to temperatures ranging from -52°C to 100°C and is vibration-resistant without becoming brittle. It is a single-component product that does not require mixing and can be applied manually or through automation.
It is widely used in automotive assembly, electronic fixation, industrial bonding, and maintenance in humid conditions, making it an efficient bonding choice that combines strength and toughness.

· Guide for Use:
1. The bonding area should be clean and free of grease. Clean it with SUITIT cleaning agent and let all surfaces dry.
2. To enhance the bonding effect on low surface energy substrates, you can use SUITIT primer. When using, avoid applying too much and wait for it to dry.
3. If necessary, you can use SUITIT accelerator. When using, apply it on one side of the substrate (do not apply it on the side with the primer) and wait for it to dry.
4. Apply the adhesive on the other side of the bonded area (do not apply it on the surface of the accelerator). Do not use thin paper or a brush to apply the adhesive. Assemble the components quickly. The components should be accurately positioned and quickly fixed. Do not make excessive adjustments.
5. The accelerator of SUITIT can help cure the excess product outside the bonding area. Spray or drip the accelerator onto the overflow area.
6. The bonding area should be fixed or clamped until the adhesive is preliminarily cured.
7. After the bonding parts reach complete strength, they can withstand the load (due to the gap in the adhesive layer and the different materials being bonded, the typical complete curing time of this adhesive is between 24 and 72 hours).
