Description
This silane-modified polyether waterproof coating is professionally developed for building waterproof projects. It is solvent-free, eco-friendly with ultra-low VOC content and generates no pungent odor during construction. It cures via moisture reaction to form a seamless elastic waterproof film. Non-corrosive and with excellent adhesion, it enjoys great compatibility with various substrates and delivers more durable waterproof performance than traditional polyurethane coatings.

Application Instructions
- Base Treatment: The base surface must be clean and solid, free of sand shedding and floating dust.
- Joint Treatment: Fill cracks wider than 3mm with MS sealant first, and apply this coating only after the sealant is fully cured.
- Construction Methods: Troweling, roller coating and spraying are all available. The dilution ratio of coating to thinner is 10:4. Normally apply two coats to reach a total film thickness of 1.5–2mm. The interval between two coats ranges from 4 to 12 hours, adjusted according to on-site temperature and humidity.
- Recommended Dosage: 1.4–1.8kg per square meter
Precautions
- Cement and concrete substrates must be fully dried and complete the curing cycle before construction.
- Do not carry out other construction operations that may damage the coating before the coating is fully cured.
- Tightly seal the inner package of unused coating to prevent solidification and failure.
- If the coating splashes into eyes accidentally, rinse eyes with clean water immediately and seek medical treatment promptly.
